Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking a Business Analyst (BA) to join our team. The BA will liaise between stakeholders and the technical team, ensuring that business needs are accurately translated into functional requirements.
The BA will be responsible for gathering requirements, analyzing data, documenting requirements, and facilitating communication to support the development and implementation of software solutions.
Your Role
- Collect and document business requirements from clients and stakeholders through calls, meetings, and discussions.
- Analyze business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement. Document functional specifications and user stories to guide the development process.
- Design wireframes of the application (web/ mobile) using related tools e.g., Balsamiq or Figma.
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the technical team, ensuring clear communication of requirements and expectations.
- Collaborate with the development team to design solutions that meet business needs, providing input on system functionality and usability.
- Participate in the testing phase to ensure the final product meets the documented requirements. Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback.
What you bring?
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a software development environment. Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management is essential.
- Familiarity with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence). Knowledge of SQL and data analysis tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Adapting to changing business needs and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
