We seek a highly motivated B2B Business Development Executive to drive business growth, identify new opportunities, and build strong relationships with clients. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, developing tailored proposals, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.
Your Role
- Identify New Opportunities: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and assess their needs, focusing on industries that align with our software solutions.
- Lead Generation: Proactively seek new sales opportunities through various channels, including social platforms (LinkedIn), networking events, and personal networks.
- Requirement Collection & Proposal Development: Collaborate with the engineering team, including the BA, to collect the client’s needs and develop the proposal.
- Presentations and Proposals: prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients that showcase the value of our solutions.
- Negotiation and Contract Management: Lead negotiations with clients to close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing concerns or objections. Create, negotiate, and maintain the contracts with the clients.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Industry Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities for service improvement.
- Tracking & Report: Maintain accurate sales records, track progress, and provide regular reports to management.
What you bring
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience: The candidate has 1-5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development in the software or technology sector.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, especially in English, with the ability to present ideas clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with software, cloud, data engineering, and AI is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
