We seek a highly motivated B2B Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is essential for leading our business team, contributing to our growth strategy, expanding our client base, and enhancing our market presence.

As a B2B Business Development Manager, you will lead the business development team to develop the new market, identify new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with potential clients, and contribute to the company’s overall business growth. You will work closely with the sales partner and engineering teams to grow the business.

Your Role

Develop and lead the business team on the following activities:

  • Business Development Plan: Develop and execute comprehensive business development plans aligned with company goals to drive sustainable revenue growth.
  • Identify New Opportunities: Plan and conduct market research to identify potential clients and assess their needs, focusing on industries that align with our software solutions.
  • Lead Generation: Proactively plan and seek new sales opportunities through various channels, including social platforms (LinkedIn), networking events, and personal networks.
  • Requirement Collection & Proposal Development: Collaborate with the engineering team, including the BA, to collect the client’s needs and develop the proposal.
  • Presentations and Proposals:  Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients that showcase the value of our solutions.
  • Negotiation and Contract Management: Lead negotiations with clients to close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing concerns or objections. Create, negotiate, and maintain contracts with the clients.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Industry Awareness: Keep the business team updated about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities for service improvement.
  • Tracking & Report: Maintain accurate sales records, track progress, and provide regular reports to TOP Management.

What you bring

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience: The candidate has 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development in the software or technology sector.
  • Leadership: Strategic thinker with good leadership and management skills.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, especially in English, with the ability to present ideas clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with software, cloud, data engineering, and AI is a plus.
